The Hime Musubi series a collaboration between french designer Adeline Klam and Musumi. She is famous for blending Japanese traditional patterns with unique French colours.

This furoshiki showcases cranes on a refreshing turquoise blue backdrop. Crane (Tsuru) patterns are an aupicious symbol in Japan, symbolizing longevity and good fortune. Japanese fables associate cranes with a life span of 1000 years, and traditionally it was believed folding 1000 origami cranes would bring good fortune and the gift of a wish.

This furoshiki would be perfect not only for wrapping bento boxes, but also for wrapping gifts during celebratory events like birthdays and weddings.
