The design of this furoshiki embodies the creative work of Japanese artist Asao Tokolo and detailed craftmanship of furoshiki maker Musubi. It incorporates a design where it is possible to create any pattern by arranging and combining the smaller internal patterns. For this design, symmetrical (white areas) and rotational symmetrical (navy areas) patterns have been forged to create a unique and elegant furoshiki.

This wrapping cloth is very thin and lightweight compared to other furoshiki in our catalogue, rendering a much more subtle and delicate feel. The beautiful navy colour provides a sharp contrast to the white areas. Perfect for wrapping bento boxes or as a reusable gift wrap.
