Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have confirmed the condition of the returned item, a refund for the item's value will be processed. If the returned item does not fulfil these conditions, the item will be sent back to you. Note that all postage costs associated with returns are wholly the customers. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com for further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please remember to take clear pictures and email the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will request that the item be sent back to us, and we will issue you either a full refund or exchange. Postage labels will be sent to you to cover the shipping costs of the return and resend.
If you wish to cancel a processing order awaiting packing or an order awaiting a pre-order item to arrive, a 10% administration fee will be charged and that will be deducted from the transaction total refunded to you. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
