Shipping options

We currently use Australia Post and Sendle for all shipments. 
Due to increased costs from all carriers, we've had to increase our shipping costs slightly too from 1st April 2024. 

Shipping costs within Australia

As a small business and due to the bulky nature of many of our items, we are not able to offer free shipping at this time, but it is something we hope to offer in the future. 

Rate below apply to all products unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. These may be subject to change during periods of special offers. 

Orders under $30:

We understand shipping will be a bigger factor in your purchase journey for smaller orders. We are working to reduce the shipping cost for these cases, but in the meantime we recommend bundling another item to make it more cost effective. 

Standard shipping (2-8 business days): $7
Express shipping (1-4 business days): $12

Orders between $30 and $75:

Standard shipping (2-8 business days): $8.90
Express shipping (1-4 business days): $16

Orders over $75:

Standard shipping (2-8 business days): $5.90
Express shipping (1-4 business days): $12

Shipping outside Australia

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Local pick up and delivery

We now offer pick up from Lane Cove North 2066, Sydney. As we are an online only home based business, we'll get in touch with you to arrange pick up details and time. Orders will be ready in 2-4 business days, usually sooner.

We currently do not offer local delivery.

Other information

Unless otherwise stated, items are shipped from Sydney within 2 business days of an order, although we will endeavour to ship the next business day if the order is placed by 2pm the day prior. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Standard shipping times are typically between 2-8 business days, while express shipping (via Australia Post) is between 1-4 business days. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times. Please note that Majime Life cannot be responsible for any carrier delays which are outside our control. However please do not hesitate to get in touch with customerservice@majimelife.com.au if there are any issues or concerns regarding shipping times or delivery. 

Some items may be shipped from other locations and shipping times may vary. This will be reflected during the order process. 

Please note that Majime Life is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
